MKS Instruments is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for New Product Development in a high‑mix manufacturing setting. You will collaborate with Product Development to translate designs into scalable production processes and lead early manufacturing trials.

You will develop work instructions, routings, and data‑driven improvements, while supporting platform integration and process optimization across multiple production areas.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical or Software engineering.
• 2+ years in a mixed production environment with process improvement.
• Knowledge of SPC, Lean manufacturing, PFMEA and DFX practices.
• Familiarity with MES/PLM and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Bridge product design and manufacturing for new product introductions.
• Develop manufacturing processes and write work instructions.
• Create routings in MES and ensure scalable BOM structures.
• Lead continuous improvement and liaise with operations teams.
• Plan transfers to manufacturing and balance lines.
