Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking an NPI Technician to support new product introduction and pilot production activities in El Paso, TX. You will coordinate material readiness, verify BOM requirements, and assist with line setup during product launches.

You will work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure successful pilot builds, maintain traceability, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with NPI processes and pilot production environments.
• Ability to read BOMs, technical documentation, and work instructions.
• Basic experience with MS Excel and manufacturing reporting tools.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt to changing production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support pilot production builds and product launch activities.
• Verify materials, components, and BOM accuracy prior to production.
• Prepare material kits and track material availability.
• Assist with production line setup, workstation readiness, and process validation.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and change control requirements.
• Maintain traceability documentation and facilitate discrepancies.
• Capture production data and support reporting activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to meet timelines.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Support quality, audit, and compliance during launches.
