Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or product development.
- Experience working with suppliers or manufacturing partners.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate new product introduction activities from prototype to production.
- Work with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure readiness.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers on prototype builds and pilot production.
- Review drawings, BOMs, and specifications for manufacturability.
- Support ECOs and resolve issues during product launches.
- Assist with process documentation, validation, and quality requirements.
