Keysight Technologies is seeking an NPI Process Engineer in Colorado Springs. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, and Marketing globally to develop new test and measurement products from concept through production.

Responsibilities include creating BOMs, building prototypes, and optimizing manufacturing processes while mentoring sites on implementation. The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, DFx reviews, and a drive for manufacturability and reliability improvements across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with recent completion or imminent graduation.
• Experience or exposure to NPIs or manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new manufacturing processes for new products or integrate into existing lines.
• Create and manage BOMs and implement in Oracle/Enovia environments.
• Lead prototype builds and manage material staging and rework.
• Define assembly processes and create documentation (procedures, flow charts).
• Collaborate with tooling, product design, and manufacturing teams for DFx reviews.
• Transfer processes to and train manufacturing sites (e.g., Malaysia) and support service centers.
