Shaw Industries Group, Inc. in Dalton, GA is seeking an experienced NPI Launch Manager to lead end-to-end launch planning for assigned brands. You will manage cross-functional teams, define scope, timelines, and risk mitigation while coordinating with product and marketing to ensure on-schedule introductions.

The role requires 3+ years in project/launch management or product marketing, strong communication, and hands-on use of Workfront. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project/launch management, product marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch planning for NPI and marketing launches for assigned brands.
• Define scope, timelines, and responsible teams; ensure milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain integrated launch timelines across departments.
• Serve as NPI SPOC and collaborate with NPD on processes.
• Represent the brand in NPI checkpoint reviews and post-launch evaluations.
• Drive adoption of standardized NPI processes and use of PMO templates.
