Job summary

Reynolds American is seeking a New Product Introduction Manager (NPI) in Winston-Salem, NC to lead end-to-end product introductions and governance. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Regulatory to ensure launches meet timelines, cost, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management, supply chain, commercialization, product development, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in complex business environments.
• Knowledge of NPI (New Product Introduction), stage-gate methodologies, project management, and product lifecycle processes.
• Understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, commercialization, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from concept through launch.
• Manage cross-functional projects, delivering on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, milestones, timelines, and launch readiness activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Finance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee product lifecycle activities including launches, changes, and discontinuations.
