Job summary

QA1 Brands in Lakeville, MN, seeks a Project Manager to lead new product introductions across performance aftermarket and OEM solutions. Based in our Lakeville facility, you will own launch execution and coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive successful product introductions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of PM experience in manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple launches in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business or other affiliated discipline.
• 3+ years project management experience leading new product launches in manufacturing.
• Experience launching products with internal and external components.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Stage-Gate process and change management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in non‑reporting structures.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and launch schedules.
• Track deliverables and coordinate activities across all functional areas.
• Prioritize critical path and high‑risk items at all times.
• Coordinate gate reviews and document deliverables; escalate as needed.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; escalate as needed.
• Escalate issues and drive timely resolution.
• Lead NPI activities from design handoff through production launch.
• Track tooling, fixtures, equipment, and process development.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Planning to ensure component availability.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure manufacturing capacity for launches.
• Serve as the central point of communication for launch activities.
• Maintain project dashboards and broadcast data to stakeholders.
