Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to lead new product introductions from pre-launch to post-launch, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cross-functional alignment.

The role partners with Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Supply Chain and Marketing to manage complex timelines and deliverables. You will drive planning, develop launch artifacts, oversee artwork workflows, and implement continuous improvements across the product development

Qualifications

• Experience leading pre-launch product development activities.
• Ability to coordinate across Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Supply Chain and Marketing.
• Experience with product documentation and packaging specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for all pre-launch phase tasks for new product introductions.
• Coordinate creation of launch deliverables: specs, packaging artwork, and manuals.
• Oversee production artwork workflow and deadlines across departments.
• Maintain PD milestone plans using Wrike.
• Facilitate cross-functional status meetings and stakeholder updates.
• Resolve milestones delays and escalate when needed to keep on track.
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements for new product introductions.
• Lead post-launch analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
• Oversee DAM documentation and collaborate with Marketing on metadata structure.
• Ensure packaging, specs and content meet compliance and brand standards.
