Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Product Launch Manager to drive end-to-end NPIs for Shaw Floors, Philadelphia Commercial, Coretec, and Anderson Tuftex from the Dalton, GA office.

You will serve as the single point of contact for NPIs, coordinating with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure launches are defined, scoped, and delivered on time. Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in project/launch management, product marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills; able to manage multiple concurrent launches.
• Working knowledge of project management best practices; experience with Workfront (or similar) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field [or equivalent experience].

Aufgaben

• Launch Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end project management for all NPI and marketing launches for assigned brand(s).
• NPI SPOC & NPD Collaboration: Serve as the SPOC for all things NPI for the assigned brand(s).
• Risk Management & Problem Solving: Initiate and lead cross-functional meetings to evaluate risks to launch timelines.
• Communication & Alignment: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and changes.
• Milestone Reviews & Post-Launch Evaluation: Conduct reviews and document lessons learned.
• Process Adoption & Continuous Improvement: Drive adoption of the standardized NPI process across teams and champion tools like Workfront.
