Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an NPI Engineering Technician to lead prototype builds, install and prove tooling, and generate validation documentation for production transfer. This senior technician will collaborate across engineering, quality, and manufacturing to ensure on-time, first‑article readiness and compliance with PFMEA, PPAP, and validation packages.

Requires 8+ years in manufacturing/engineering roles, 3+ years in prototype/validation builds, and EPA 608 certification.

• 8+ years of engineering/manufacturing technician experience.
• 3+ years supporting prototype, pilot or validation builds.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on execution of prototype/pilot/first-of-kind builds to protect schedule.
