Qualifications
High school diploma or GED plus 8+ years in engineering, quality, lab or manufacturing tech roles in a manufacturing environment.
Associate degree, technical certificate, or skilled-trades apprenticeship with 6+ years in similar roles.
3+ years supporting prototype, pilot, first-of-kind or validation builds.
3+ years installing, setting up, troubleshooting tooling, fixtures, and production or test equipment.
Responsibilities
Leads hands-on execution of prototype, ECS, MCS, pilot, and first-of-kind builds to protect the schedule.
Installs, commissions and troubleshoots tooling and test equipment for production use.
Reads blueprints, schematics, and process sheets to build and verify configurations.
Performs functional and performance checks, including leak checks and electrical verification.
Documents work instructions and routing inputs with Manufacturing Engineering.
Supports engineering change implementation during launches and post-launch follow-up.
