Job summary

Creation Technologies' Dallas, TX facility seeks a Senior NPI Project Manager to accelerate revenue by leading product introductions from init to production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations, and serve as primary customer liaison.

Candidates should have 6+ years in electronic assembly, NPI/transfer experience, and familiarity with LEAN/Kaizen. Travel may be required; ITAR/export control compliance is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in design, operations, management or engineering
• Minimum 6 years electronic assembly experience or equivalent manufacturing experience
• NPI and transfer process experience required
• Experience in managing projects using a stage-gate methodology
• Aerospace and Defense, AS9100 experience an asset
• Hands-on technical capabilities with strong knowledge of assembly processes

Responsibilities

• Develop launch strategies, timelines, and cost estimates for high complexity launches to ensure on-schedule delivery within budget and minimized risk
• Coordinate NPI deliverables to customers and manage launch activities and risks
• Facilitate NPI Stage Gate reviews to confirm readiness and align cross-functional teams
• Serve as primary customer liaison to communicate status, scope changes, and KPIs
• Develop customer relationships by anticipating needs and responding quickly to issues
• Lead customer and senior management meetings to present summaries and readiness reviews
