Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing engineering roles.
• Proficiency in CAD software for PCB design and layout (Altium, OrCAD, PADS).
• Strong understanding of DFM/DFA principles and test methodologies.
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful transfer of new products from design to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production to optimize product manufacturability and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment for new product introduction.
• Conduct DFM/DFA reviews and provide feedback to design teams to enhance product design for manufacturing.
• Perform process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges during pilot production and initial ramp-up phases.
• Manage BOMs, routings, and other manufacturing documentation for new products.
