Job summary

Collins McNicholas Recruitment is seeking an experienced Document Specialist for a leading electronics manufacturing organisation in Shannon, Ireland. The role requires coordinating product changes and ensuring documentation meets standards and market requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in NPI/manufacturing, strong English communication, and excellent attention to detail. You will work with Production, R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Test and Sales teams to ensure compliant documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business & Law or related discipline.
5+ years in NPI, product implementation, manufacturing or related environment.
Electronics or high-volume manufacturing experience advantageous.
Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong MS Office, Teams and systems experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
German language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain compliant product documentation including labels, packaging, manuals and datasheets.
Create and maintain BOMs within the ERP system for relevant markets.
Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure packaging content is accurate and compliant.
Liaise with international sales offices to validate product documentation.
Review change requests and set timelines for implementation.
Document and communicate product changes to relevant stakeholders.
Support production teams with the implementation of changes and day-to-day queries.
Ensure documentation complies with relevant European standards and local legislation.
