Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Strong knowledge of interfacing signals to PLC platforms; ladder logic.
• Bluetooth, RF, radar sensor designs a plus.
• Proficient with CAD tools and manufacturing software (LabVIEW, PLC, SolidWorks).
• Six-Sigma / Design of experiments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multi-site design engineering team.
• Provide engineering leadership through the NPI and development process.
• Facilitate CI projects and kaizen events.
• Drive yield improvements through data capture and process enhancements.
• Interface with customers and ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
