We are seeking an experienced DocumentSpecialist to join ateam of a leading electronics manufacturing organisation in Shannon.
The role will support the introduction of new and improved products, working closely with Production, R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Test and Sales teams. You will be responsible for coordinating product changes and ensuring all documentation meets relevant standards and market requirements.
Create and maintain compliant product documentation including labels, packaging, manuals and datasheets.
Create and maintain BOMs within the ERP system for relevant markets.
Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure packaging content is accurate and compliant.
Liaise with international sales offices to validate product documentation.
Review and assess change requests, agreeing appropriate timelines for implementation.
Document and communicate product changes to relevant stakeholders.
Support production teams with the implementation of changes and day-to-day queries.
Ensure documentation complies with relevant European standards and local legislation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business & Law or a related discipline.
5+ years’ relevant experience in NPI, product implementation, manufacturing or a related environment.
Experience within electronics or high-volume manufacturing would be advantageous.
Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong Microsoft Office, Teams and systems experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.
German language skills would be an advantage.
