The ideal candidate has 5+ years in NPI/manufacturing, strong English communication, and excellent attention to detail. You will work with Production, R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Test and Sales teams to ensure compliant documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business & Law or related discipline.
  • 5+ years in NPI, product implementation, manufacturing or related environment.
  • Electronics or high-volume manufacturing experience advantageous.
  • Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong MS Office, Teams and systems experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • German language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain compliant product documentation including labels, packaging, manuals and datasheets.
  • Create and maintain BOMs within the ERP system for relevant markets.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure packaging content is accurate and compliant.
  • Liaise with international sales offices to validate product documentation.
  • Review change requests and set timelines for implementation.
  • Document and communicate product changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support production teams with the implementation of changes and day-to-day queries.
  • Ensure documentation complies with relevant European standards and local legislation.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced DocumentSpecialist to join ateam of a leading electronics manufacturing organisation in Shannon.

The role will support the introduction of new and improved products, working closely with Production, R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Test and Sales teams. You will be responsible for coordinating product changes and ensuring all documentation meets relevant standards and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain compliant product documentation including labels, packaging, manuals and datasheets.

  • Create and maintain BOMs within the ERP system for relevant markets.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure packaging content is accurate and compliant.

  • Liaise with international sales offices to validate product documentation.

  • Review and assess change requests, agreeing appropriate timelines for implementation.

  • Document and communicate product changes to relevant stakeholders.

  • Support production teams with the implementation of changes and day-to-day queries.

  • Ensure documentation complies with relevant European standards and local legislation.

Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business & Law or a related discipline.

  • 5+ years’ relevant experience in NPI, product implementation, manufacturing or a related environment.

  • Experience within electronics or high-volume manufacturing would be advantageous.

  • Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong Microsoft Office, Teams and systems experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.

  • German language skills would be an advantage.
