Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business required.
- 7 years cross-functional project management experience.
- Strong understanding of NPI and CPPT processes.
- Experience in contract manufacturing and electronics manufacturing.
- Proficiency in program/project management, cost reporting and RFQ processes.
Responsibilities
- Mentor program managers and manage program status within the market segment.
- Lead cross-functional launch teams and track NPI checklist items.
- Assess risks, implement changes, and communicate responsibilities across the org.
- Manage RFQ process and contract negotiations; escalate critical issues to leadership.
- Publish periodic cost, quality, and delivery reports and maintain roadmaps.
