Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for New Product Introductions to lead cross-functional NPI initiatives in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. You will oversee integrated plans, budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring GMP compliance and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Science, or Business is required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• PMP certification is required; PgMP strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with JHS PMO processes and systems.
• Facilitate and influence diverse teams across Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects or programs.
• Support Commercial KPI recognition.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure project schedules, scope, and details are accurately developed and maintained.
• Oversee risk management, compliance, and quality assurance.
• Mitigate risks proactively.
• Lead resolution of technical, operational, and regulatory challenges during NPI projects.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to optimize NPI processes.
• Mentor junior project managers.
• Meet GMP manufacturing requirements and comply with GMP guidelines.
