Job summary

Creation Technologies seeks a Senior NPI Project Manager to accelerate revenue growth by leading the introduction and launch of new products into manufacturing operations. You will serve as the primary customer liaison and drive programs from initiation through production launch, coordinating across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, operations, management or engineering
• Minimum 6 years electronic assembly or equivalent manufacturing experience
• Prior NPI and transfer process experience required
• Experience with stag-gate methodology is a must
• AS9100 experience is an asset
• Hands-on technical capabilities with strong knowledge of assembly processes

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive launch strategies, timelines, and cost estimates for high complexity launches
• Coordinate NPI deliverables to customers and manage launch activities and risks
• Facilitate NPI Stage Gate reviews to confirm readiness and align cross-functional teams
• Serve as primary customer liaison to communicate status, scope changes, and KPIs
• Develop strong customer relationships by anticipating needs and addressing issues quickly
• Lead customer and senior management meetings to present summaries and readiness reviews
• Drive adherence to the LEAP NPI process and promote continuous improvement
• Align operations and engineering leadership to balance resources and meet deliverables
• Present NPI performance updates to executive leadership for planning
• Mentor and train other NPI team members and customer-focused teams
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to drive problem solving
• Report KPIs and NPI status to site, regional, and executive stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned
