Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager - NPI Engineer to join its client’s engineering team. You will manage manufacturing processes within the NPI framework, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely issue resolution for customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in engineering with 3–5 years in manufacturing or NPI, strong communication, leadership abilities, and proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Project, and data analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing process management or NPI environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, material flow, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Project, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing process activities within the New Product Introduction (NPI) framework to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Act as the primary point of contact with customers, maintaining clear and proactive communication to meet their needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project management, quality assurance, procurement, and fulfillment to align processes and resolve issues.
• Lead problem-tracking activities, organize kick-off meetings, and ensure effective follow-up across departments.
• Support the creation and monitoring of departmental KPIs to drive continuous improvement and process compliance.
