Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with cost accounting knowledge.
• 7 years of cross-functional project management experience.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal English communication.
• Ability to interpret technical publications and provide analysis.

Responsibilities

• Interface with global account management to manage program and order functions.
• Build and maintain customer relations, quote, and resolve issues.
• Lead NPI and CPT for strategic programs and report progress to leadership.
• Mentor lower level program managers and manage cross-functional launch teams.
• Develop cost, quality, and delivery reports including revenue plans.
• Enhance cash flow and profitability while meeting timelines.
