Gradian is seeking an experienced Project Manager – New Product Development for chiller solutions in Maple Grove, MN. You will drive end-to-end NPD programs from concept through commercialization, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to deliver on-time, on-budget products that meet performance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline; PMP or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years progressive project management, with 3+ years leading NPD/product development in manufacturing/engineering
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) and stage-gate processes

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional NPD projects for new chiller technology from concept to commercialization
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing
• Manage project performance, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies
• Facilitate stage-gate reviews and ensure deliverables meet criteria before progressing
