Job summary

Gradian, an engineering-led thermal solutions provider based in Maple Grove, MN, seeks an NPD Project Manager – Air Cooling to own the full lifecycle from concept to launch. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning with Gradian's standards and strategic goals.

The role requires 5+ years in PM for a manufacturing/engineering environment, strong communication, and experience with stage-gate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/related field or equivalent experience.
• PM certification or equivalent education, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive project management in a manufacturing/engineering env.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional NPD projects for air-cooling tech from concept to launch.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, schedule, and budget forecasts.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and escalate blockers as needed.
• Facilitate stage-gate reviews and ensure deliverables meet criteria.
• Coordinate with PMO and ensure DFM considerations are addressed early.
