Job summary

Gradian, a Maple Grove, MN-based engineering-led thermal solutions company, seeks an experienced Project Manager for New Product Development in air cooling. You will own the full lifecycle from concept through launch, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years PM experience with 3+ years in NPD, and strong communication. Eligible for competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent project-management education/experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive PM experience, incl. 3+ years leading NPD in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools (MS Project/Smartsheet).
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional NPD projects for air-cooling tech from concept to commercialization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, scope, risks, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing.
• Facilitate stage-gate reviews and ensure deliverables meet criteria to proceed.
• Partner with PMO to standardize practices and documentation across NPD efforts.
• Manage project budgets and resources, with regular financial forecasts.
