Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions in Minnesota is seeking an NPD Project Manager – Liquid Cooling to lead end-to-end product development for innovative cooling solutions. You will own the full lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with Gradian's standards.

The role requires a PM background, strong communication, and collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to deliver high-performance thermal management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• PM certification (PMP) or equivalent project management education/experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive PM experience, with 3+ years leading NPD in manufacturing/engineering.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Strong understanding of stage-gate product development processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional NPD projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop project plans: scope, schedules, resources, risks, budgets.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, mitigate, and escalate blockers.
• Present updates to Advanced Development leadership.
• Partner with PMO to maintain templates and reporting standards.
