Job summary

Gradian in Maple Grove, MN, is seeking an experienced NPD Project Manager to lead liquid cooling projects from concept through launch. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to deliver on time and within budget, using stage-gate or agile development processes.

A technical degree and 5+ years of PM experience are required, with HVAC/thermal systems exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• PMI certification or formal project management training is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years leading NPD or product development projects in manufacturing/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional NPD projects from concept through commercialization using stage-gate or agile processes.
• Develop project plans with scope, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing to ensure DFx and on-time delivery.
