Job summary

Gradian is seeking an NPD Project Manager – Chillers to lead new product development programs from concept through launch. You will drive cross-functional teams across Engineering, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing while maintaining on-time, on-budget delivery in line with Gradian standards and strategic goals.

The role requires a mechanical/industrial engineering background, PMP or equivalent certification, and 5+ years of PM experience, including 3+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• 5+ years project management, including 3+ years leading NPD/product development in manufacturing/engineering.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional NPD projects from concept to launch.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, risk plans, and forecasts.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate blockers.
• Present updates to Advanced Development leadership.
