Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Ability to interpret customer specifications and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple concurrent engineering programs.
• Develop and execute engineering plans aligned to customer requirements.
• Support qualification testing, failure analysis, and production launch activities.

Skills

Working knowledge of DOE

Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software

Experience with FEA tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
