Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Electrical/Biomedical or Materials Science
• 2+ years of product development experience in aerospace/automotive/medical/pharma manufacturing
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead development tasks from concept through validation and qualification.
• Coordinate with internal/external labs, production support, and IPTs to meet goals.
• Guide junior engineers and review models, drawings, and analyses.
• Perform RCCA/root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
