Salary ranges from $99,000 to $145,000 annually, based on skills and experience. The role requires CAD/PLM proficiency and rigorous engineering practice to ensure milestones and design validation are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science.
• 3+ years work experience in Aerospace product development.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• This position requires ITAR compliance and U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development tasks within the engineering team and guide sustaining engineering with cross-functional colleagues.
• Coordinate with internal/external test labs, production staff, and IPTs to achieve goals.
• Guide junior engineers on project tasks and lead RCCA investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Generate and review models, drawings, FEA reports, test plans, schedules, and manuals.
• Manage requirements and risks using formal tools; collaborate with customer and vendor teams."
• Support marketing and sales with technical input and customer visits.
