Job summary

Altea Healthcare is seeking a Certified NP to join our post-acute care team in a skilled nursing facility. You will diagnose, treat, and guide patients to better health as a key clinical provider in a high-paying environment.

We offer training, mentorship, and ongoing support to both new grads and experienced providers, with flexible, competitive compensation up to $165K per year and uncapped bonus potential.

Qualifications

• NP license required or eligibility to obtain
• Current DEA registration or willingness to obtain before start date
• All experience levels welcome – training & mentorship available
• Passion for geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with a patient-first approach

Responsibilities

• Performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribing medications and creating treatment plans.
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
• Educating patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
• Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently.
