Altea Healthcare is hiring a Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) for post-acute care in a skilled nursing facility. The role offers a salary up to $165K plus uncapped bonus potential, with comprehensive benefits and full-time hours.

You will diagnose, treat, and guide patients to better health as a key clinical provider, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and facility staff while supporting new grads through ongoing mentorship and training.

Qualifications

• Certified NP with ability to diagnose and treat in a skilled nursing facility.

• Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribing medications and creating treatment plans.
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
• Educating patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
• Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently.
