Altea Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) for post-acute and skilled nursing care. The role offers a salary range from $115,000 to $140,000 per year with uncapped bonus potential and full benefits.

As a key clinical provider in a skilled nursing facility, you will diagnose, treat, and guide patients to better health with a focus on work-life balance. Training, mentorship, and strong team support are provided.

Qualifications

• NP License (or eligibility to obtain).
• All Experience Levels Welcome – Training & Mentorship Available.
• Passion for geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a patient-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and review medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
