Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Food and Nutrition Services and Nursing for diet orders.
• Ensure sanitation standards and complete cleaning tasks as required.
• Lead, train, and support staff; manage stock and inventory on assigned units.
• Maintain temperature logs for fridges/freezers and understand therapeutic diets.
• Assist clinical staff to meet patients' basic nutrition care needs.
