Aramark in Plano, TX is seeking a Patient Services Worker to support hospital nutrition services. You will deliver patient trays, gather preferences, and coordinate with nursing and dietetics teams to ensure accurate diet orders.

This role requires clear English communication; bilingual helpful. You will maintain sanitation, stock supplies, and assist clinical staff in meeting patients' basic nutrition needs. Physical demands may include standing and lifting.

Competenze

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Bilingual abilities preferred, but not required.

Mansioni

• Delivers and collects patient trays during meal service.
• May obtain patient food preferences/dislikes.
• Communicate patient food needs to the Food and Nutrition Services Department.
• Ensures that nutrition diet care orders are provided to the patient by offering appropriate menu selections.
• Maintains sanitation standards and completes sanitation tasks as assigned.
• Inventories and restocks pantries, refrigerators, and freezers on assigned unit(s).
• Maintains temperature logs for unit refrigerators and freezers.
• Understands therapeutic diets using established protocols and seeks assistance from Supervisor or Dietitian if an error is observed.
• Assists the clinical staff in ensuring all patients' basic nutrition care needs are met.
