Qualifications

• English literacy is required.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills are preferred.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s selections and retrieve trays on time.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and sanitation policies for all food prep areas.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients on special diets or calorie counts.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required by policies.
