United Future is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead our Not-for-Profit practice in the Greater Chicagoland area. You will oversee nonprofit engagements, mentor staff, and build long-term client relationships with educational institutions, foundations, and healthcare organizations.

The role emphasizes ownership of engagements, collaboration with partners, and advancement opportunities toward partnership, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; master's a plus.
• 5–7+ years of audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Experience managing audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge and financial statement prep.
• Experience supervising and developing audit staff.
• Excellent client relations, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage audit engagements for nonprofit clients.
• Oversee planning, fieldwork, reporting, and deliverables.
• Develop audit strategies, budgets, staffing, timelines.
