Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA license required.
• At least 5 years of public accounting experience with leadership of multiple engagements.
• Experience with Not-for-Profit organizations and knowledge of US GAAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit, review or compilation engagements for Not-for-Profit clients from planning through completion.
• Supervise staff, coordinate with partners and managers, and mentor team members.
• Manage multiple engagements and client relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
