WithumSmith+Brown PC is seeking an Audit Manager to lead Not-for-Profit engagements from planning to completion. You will supervise staff, collaborate with partners and managers, and build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA license required.
• At least 5 years of public accounting experience with leadership of multiple engagements.
• Excellent analytical and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP.
• Exceptional client service, communication, and ability to build client relationships.
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills with clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the engagement team on planning and executing audit, review or compilation engagements to deliver world-class client service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the engagement: staffing, planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting and close.
• Provide supervision and support to staff, seniors and supervisors and maintain open communication with the engagement partner.
• Collaborate with seniors, supervisors and partners on client issue resolution and advise on legal, regulatory and accounting issues.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently with different teams to meet client deadlines.
• Create and track engagement budgets and discuss efficiencies with the team.
• Participate in professional development programs as an instructor or discussion leader.
