Job Juncture is representing a respected CPA firm in the greater Chicagoland area seeking an Audit Manager specializing in Not-for-Profit organizations to lead engagements and mentor teams.

You will manage planning, fieldwork, and reporting for nonprofit clients, develop budgets and timelines, and collaborate with partners to grow the practice while maintaining high professional standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5–7+ years of audit experience in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/GAAS and financial statement prep.
• Experience supervising audit staff.
• Excellent client relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage audit engagements for nonprofit clients.
• Oversee planning, fieldwork, financial reporting, and deliverables.
• Develop engagement budgets, staffing plans, and timelines.
• Review financial statements, footnotes, and audit workpapers.
• Ensure engagements comply with professional standards.
• Coach and mentor audit staff and coordinate staffing.
