Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; master's an advantage.
• 5–7+ years in public accounting audit.
• Experience managing engagements from planning to completion.
• Strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge.
• Supervising staff and building client relationships.
• Ability to juggle multiple engagements and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nonprofit audit engagements across diverse clients.
• Oversee planning, fieldwork, reporting, and final deliverables.
• Develop budgets, staffing plans, timelines.
• Review workpapers, letters, and attestations.
• Communicate progress and results to client leadership.
• Collaborate with Partners on strategy and business development.
