Job summary

Eugia US is seeking a Territory Business Manager to cultivate strategic relationships with hospital buyers and Directors of Pharmacy across the Northwest region. This remote role requires living in Northern California, Oregon, Washington or Utah, and involves significant travel to drive contracted product growth.

Candidates should have 2+ years of non-pharma sales experience, a degree, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 2+ years documented outside pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Degree from accredited College/University or equivalent experience.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital and health system decision-makers.
• Achieve or exceed territory sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive account-level execution.
• Plan field activity with accurate account/call records.
• Analyze territory performance and identify opportunities.
• Provide market feedback to inform strategy and planning.
• Complete CRM, insights reporting and required expenses.
• Attend industry meetings and travel overnight 40%+.
