Job summary

Hunter Truck is seeking a Regional Service Director for the Southwest Region to lead service operations across multiple branches, drive customer responsiveness, improve technician productivity, and align with enterprise service standards. The role collaborates with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to advance service performance and financial results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Seven plus years of progressive service leadership experience in commercial vehicles, transportation, heavy equipment, dealership, fleet maintenance, or a related industry.
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across Service, Parts, Sales, and Operations functions.

Responsibilities

Lead service operating performance across all regional branches and direct each Branch Service Manager to meet objectives.
Be accountable for customer responsiveness, technician productivity, utilization, turnaround time, quality and service cost performance.
Ensure consistent execution of enterprise service standards, safety requirements and OEM procedures.
Drive regional service financial performance through labor sales growth and warranty recovery.
Coach Branch Service Managers and maintain succession plans for critical leadership roles.
