WEX Inc. is seeking a Benefits Partner Sales Director to oversee a multi-state Northwest territory, build and maintain strategic partner relationships, and drive revenue to meet annual quotas.

The role requires 10–20% overnight travel, strong verbal communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to coordinate travel logistics, deliver presentations, and conduct product demonstrations. Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience in payroll, HCM, or employee benefits.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel at least monthly and manage travel logistics.
• Experience working with partner channels and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to security policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Manage a multi-state Northwest territory and travel logistics.
• Develop and maintain partner relationships and generate RFPs.
• Conduct finalist presentations to decision makers and close deals.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to grow market share.
• Log and champion the use of Salesforce and LinkedIn for CRM/marketing.
• Plan meetings, travel schedules, and coordinate events with partners.
• Participate in weekly region team meetings and drive revenue toward quota.
