Job summary

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead our Northwest operations. In this role you will oversee day-to-day management of the location, develop and grow the sales and operations team, and ensure profitability while protecting assets.

You will implement business plans, supervise staff including location managers, maintain compliance with Medicare/insurance regulations, and build strong relationships with patients and referral sources to drive KPI growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in HME/home health.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Three years’ experience in the home health industry.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for financial and operational performance of the location.
• Develop and implement business plans for area including sales growth.
• Work with Sales Team to achieve KPI growth and targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and clinical programs.
• Hire and train staff; supervise location personnel and managers.
• Maintain relations with patients and referral sources; monitor budgets.
