Job summary

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead Northwest operations, driving the growth of our sales and service teams while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies. You will manage branch leaders, develop business plans, collaborate with the Sales Team to reach KPI targets, and maintain strong relationships with patients and referral sources.

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of supervisory/home health experience are preferred, with travel across the region

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• 1–3 years supervisory experience
• 3 years’ experience in home health industry
• Knowledge of DME/HME and insurance policies
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational performance of the Northwest location
• Develop and implement business plans for the area including sales growth
• Collaborate with Sales Team to achieve KPI targets
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Hire and develop staff, manage location budgets and assets
• Maintain relationships with patients, referral sources, and staff
• Maintain training programs and ensure staff competency
