Job summary

Quipt Home Medical in Florida is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead our Florida operations and drive growth across sales and service teams. You will oversee day-to-day branch operations, manage budgets, and align staff with company goals.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in home health or durable medical equipment, and the ability to develop business plans, optimize operations, and ensure regulatory compliance across Medicare/insurance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• 3 years’ experience in home health industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational performance of Florida locations.
• Develop and implement area business plans to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with Sales to achieve KPI targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, train, and develop location staff.
• Monitor inventory and assets; manage budget and expenses.
