Job summary

Quipt Home Medical Inc is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead the Northwest operations and drive growth of the sales and service team. You will oversee day-to-day company operations, manage branch leaders, and ensure profitability and adherence to policies.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid rules, with a focus on building relationships with patients, referral sources, and staff to meet budget goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in HME/home health.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Three years’ experience in the home health industry.
• Background check required; valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational performance of the location.
• Develop and implement business plans for the area including sales growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to achieve KPI targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including Clinical Programs.
• Build and lead a customer service team to enhance patient experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid rules and insurance regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients and referral sources.
• Hire and onboard location staff in coordination with senior management.
