Job summary

Ole seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest Region to drive growth in Foodservice across WA, OR, ID, UT, MT, CO, AK. You will become a product specialist for Ole Mexican Tortillas, Chips, Cheese, Crema and Chorizo, and manage brokers and distributor relations to achieve sales targets.

You will identify key LLOs, support operators, and analyze pricing and competition to position Ole advantageously. Regular travel and cross-functional teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Product specialist for Ole Mexican Tortillas, Chips, Cheese, Crema and Chorizo including menu applications.
• Manage assigned brokers to meet Ole sales targets with training and accountability.
• Grow distributor sales through relationship management and communication.
• Identify key LLOs and manage relationships for product placement and menu trends.
• Use CRM to track activity and provide weekly reports.
• Be detail oriented with strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead broker management to meet growth targets and train on product offerings.
• Engage distributor network to support Ole sales growth and item placement.
• Identify and develop key operator relationships for market expansion.
• Analyze pricing, POS data and competitive products to inform strategy.
• Prepare weekly activity reports and plan for growth with Director of Sales.
• Travel overnight extensively within the Northwest region.
