Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Seattle, WA seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead a capital and consumables sales team. You will coach reps, develop regional business plans, and drive growth through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, and Clinical teams.

The role requires 7+ years in aesthetics/medical devices, 2+ years in leadership, strong consultative selling, and willingness to travel up to 75% with occasional overnight stays; Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree/certifications preferred.
• 7+ years sales experience in aesthetics/medical devices/healthcare; 2+ years in leadership managing sales teams.
• Proven success with both capital and consumables; strong consultative selling and closing high-value capital.
• Business acumen; consultative territory strategy aligned with national objectives.
• Preferred: relationships with aesthetic professionals (e.g., plastic surgeons, dermatologists).
• Excellent communication/presentation/interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Travel up to 75% (some weekends); up to 50% overnight.
• Valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Capital and Consumable Sales Representatives to achieve/exceed sales objectives.
• Foster a high-performance culture (accountability, collaboration, professional growth).
• Conduct regular field rides and business reviews for coaching and best practices.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and create development plans/career progression.
• Develop and implement strategic regional business plans for capital device sales and consumable utilization.
• Partner with Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, and Clinical teams to drive pull-through, brand awareness, and procedural growth.
• Analyze sales metrics/territory trends/competition to identify opportunities and guide rep focus.
• Collaborate to execute KOL engagement, workshops, and aesthetic conventions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures/regulatory guidelines.
• Manage territory coverage, travel planning, expense budgets, and resource allocation.
• Use Salesforce/CRM for forecasts, pipeline visibility, and reporting.
• Represent the company at regional/national industry meetings and trade shows.
